When you register for Scheduled with your Notion's account, we will collect only the name and the email you are using for your account, and the data on the pages you gave access to. For any other kind of data, Scheduled will ask for your permission before collecting them.
When you connect your personal LinkedIn account, we will collect your account ID and your account tokens in order to publish text, images, videos, carousels or comments on your profile. When you connect your LinkedIn company pages, we will collect your company page ID in order to publish text, images, videos, carousels or comments on your LinkedIn company pages.
When you connect your Facebook account or Facebook pages, we will collect your account/page ID and access tokens to publish text, images, videos, or other content on your behalf.
When you connect your Instagram account, we will collect your account ID and access tokens to publish photos, videos, reels, or stories on your profile.
X (formerly Twitter)
When you connect your X account, we will collect your account ID and access tokens to publish tweets, images, videos, or threads on your behalf.
TikTok
When you connect your TikTok account, we will collect your account ID and access tokens to publish videos on your profile.
YouTube
When you connect your YouTube account, we will collect:
- Your YouTube channel ID and channel name
- Access tokens and refresh tokens to publish videos (including Shorts) on your channel
- Video metadata (titles, descriptions) that you create within our application
We use these tokens solely to publish content on your behalf at your scheduled times. The tokens are stored encrypted in our secure database and are never shared with third parties.
We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:
Scheduled's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We commit to:
- Use YouTube data only for the features explicitly described in this policy (scheduling and publishing videos)
- Not transfer YouTube data to third parties (except as legally required or with your explicit consent)
- Not use YouTube data for advertising purposes
- Not use YouTube data for purposes unrelated to the core functionality of publishing scheduled content
You maintain full control over your connected accounts:
- You can disconnect any social media account at any time from your Scheduled settings
- You can revoke access to your YouTube account at any time via Google Account Permissions
- You can revoke access to other platforms through their respective permission settings
- Disconnecting an account will prevent future scheduled posts but will not delete already published content
- All access tokens are stored encrypted in our secure database
- All communications use HTTPS encryption
- Access to user data is strictly limited to our production servers
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
- We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data (including social media tokens and scheduled posts) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Like any other website, we uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
