Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: March 11, 2026

Program Overview

The Scheduled Ambassador Program allows accepted participants ("Ambassadors") to earn commissions by referring new customers to Scheduled using unique promo codes. These terms govern your participation in the program and are supplemental to Scheduled's general Terms of Service.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • You must have been accepted into the Ambassador Program by Scheduled
  • You must provide accurate personal and payment information

Self-Referral Prohibition

Ambassadors are strictly prohibited from using their own promo code to purchase Scheduled for themselves or for any entity they own, control, or are affiliated with. Self-referrals will not generate commissions. Any commissions earned through self-referrals will be reversed, and repeated violations may result in immediate termination from the program.

Commission Structure

  • Commission rates are set per promo code and communicated to each Ambassador upon acceptance into the program
  • Subscription plans: A percentage of the recurring payment amount, paid monthly for as long as the referred customer remains subscribed
  • Lifetime plans: A fixed one-time commission amount
  • Scheduled reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' prior written notice

Payment Terms

  • Commissions are paid upon submission and approval of an invoice through the Ambassador Dashboard
  • Payment will be processed within 30 business days of invoice approval
  • Ambassadors are responsible for their own tax obligations related to commission income

Commission Adjustments & Clawbacks

Scheduled reserves the right to adjust, reverse, or withhold commissions in the following cases:

  • The referred customer receives a refund or chargeback
  • The referral is determined to be fraudulent or in bad faith
  • The Ambassador has violated these terms or any Scheduled policy
  • The referral is a self-purchase or involves an entity controlled by the Ambassador

Prohibited Conduct

  • Using your own promo code for personal purchases or purchases by entities you control
  • Making misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about Scheduled
  • Sending unsolicited messages or spam to promote your promo code
  • Using Scheduled's trademarks, logos, or branding in a misleading manner
  • Offering financial incentives to customers to use your promo code (e.g. "I'll pay you to use my code")

Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Ambassador Program at any time. If Scheduled terminates an Ambassador for cause (including but not limited to violation of these terms), any unpaid commissions may be forfeited. If termination is without cause, earned and approved commissions will be paid out.

Limitation of Liability

Scheduled's total liability to any Ambassador under these terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that Ambassador in the 12 months preceding the claim. Scheduled is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
