At ScheduledFor EURL ("Scheduled"), accessible from scheduled.so and app.scheduled.so, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Scheduled and how we use it.

Consent

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Information we collect

When you register for an Account, we collect your name and email address from your Notion account. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as the contents of the message.

When you connect a social media account, we collect the following information:

  • Notion: Workspace ID, the databases and pages you share with Scheduled, and the content of those pages needed to publish your posts
  • Canva (optional): Account ID and access tokens used to export the designs you attach to a post
  • LinkedIn: Account ID, access tokens for posting content, company page IDs
  • Facebook: Account/page ID, access tokens
  • Instagram: Account ID, access tokens for photos/videos/reels/stories
  • X (Twitter): Account ID, access tokens for tweets/images/videos/threads
  • TikTok: Account ID, access tokens for videos
  • YouTube: Channel ID, channel name, access/refresh tokens, video metadata

Analytics and link tracking

When you enable a report, we retrieve the performance of your posts and your follower counts from the connected platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X) and write them into your Notion database.

When you enable link tracking, links in your posts are replaced by short links. For each click we record the time, the IP address, the user agent and the referrer, so you can see click counts per post. This data is linked to your account, not to a profile of the visitor.

Third-party services

Your database is hosted on Supabase in the European Union (Ireland). Media files attached to your posts may be copied to Amazon S3 for publishing. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Customer support runs on Crisp. The marketing website uses Pirsch Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads to measure traffic and campaigns. The web application loads Meta Pixel on its sign-up and sign-in pages only.

Google API Services

YouTube data is used only for scheduling and publishing. We do not transfer data to third parties, use it for advertising, or use it for unrelated purposes.

Your rights and control

You can disconnect any social account at any time. You can revoke YouTube access via Google Account Permissions. Disconnecting prevents future posts but does not delete previously published content.

Data storage and security

Access tokens are encrypted in a secure database. All communications use HTTPS encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures and do not share data with third parties without your consent.

Data retention

Data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
