Notion Integration

Both tools connect to Notion through the official API and read your posts from a database. You write in Notion, set a date and a status, and the tool publishes for you.

Scheduled works with your existing database: you map your own properties (content, date, status, platform) during onboarding and can connect several databases and Notion workspaces. Analytics are written back into properties of the same database, so your calendar and your results live in one place.

NotionScheduler also plugs into an existing page in two clicks. Its free plan is limited to 1 Notion database, the Basic plan to 2, the Advanced plan to 6 and the Agency plan to 10.

Supported Platforms

NotionScheduler covers 7 networks: Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. It is one of the few Notion schedulers with Threads. Note that X is excluded from the free plan and capped on paid plans (30 X posts per month on Basic, 100 on Advanced, 200 on Agency).

Scheduled covers 6 networks: LinkedIn (profiles and pages), Instagram (Business or Creator accounts), Facebook pages, X, TikTok and YouTube (videos and Shorts). There is no Threads support. X posts are not capped, and X Premium long posts (up to 25,000 characters) are supported.

Publishing Features

NotionScheduler publishes images and videos, adds hashtags and posts an automatic first comment. The interface is intentionally minimal.

Scheduled goes deeper on formats and on LinkedIn specifically:

  • Bold, italic and lists written in Notion are preserved on LinkedIn
  • @mentions of LinkedIn people and company pages from your Notion page
  • PDF carousels from a Notion file or a Canva design
  • Instagram Reels and Stories, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok photo carousels
  • LinkedIn polls, X threads, scheduled first comment with links or images
  • Link tracking with short links and click counts
  • Post preview before publishing, directly from Notion

Analytics

NotionScheduler syncs basic engagement (views, likes, comments) back to Notion after publishing.

Scheduled syncs impressions, reactions, comments, shares, clicks and engagement rate for LinkedIn profiles and pages, Instagram, Facebook pages and X, every 8 hours. You can import up to 500 past LinkedIn posts when you connect an account, track follower growth over time, build one report per client and export to CSV. YouTube and TikTok analytics are not available yet.

Pricing

NotionScheduler has a free plan (10 scheduled posts per month, 1 database, no X), then Basic at €10/month or €90/year (10 accounts, 2 databases), Advanced at €25/month or €250/year (25 accounts, 6 databases) and Agency at €45/month or €450/year (100 accounts, 10 databases).

Scheduled has no free plan but a 14-day trial with every feature and no credit card. Solo is €9/month billed yearly (€12 monthly) with 3 social connections, 1 database and 3 reports. Pro is €25/month billed yearly (€34 monthly) with 10 connections, 10 databases and 10 reports. Agency is €37/month billed yearly (€49 monthly) with unlimited connections, databases and reports. Posts are unlimited on every plan. Prices exclude VAT.

If you publish fewer than 10 posts a month and do not need analytics, NotionScheduler is free. Past that, the two tools are in the same price range, with NotionScheduler offering more account slots per euro and Scheduled offering analytics, reports and LinkedIn features.

Teams, Ghostwriters and Agencies

NotionScheduler relies on Notion sharing for collaboration: anyone with access to the Notion page can add posts. There is no client reporting.

Scheduled adds team members with roles, lets ghostwriters publish on a client's profile without holding their credentials, and gives agencies one Notion database and one analytics report per client. The Agency plan removes all limits.

Verdict

Pick NotionScheduler if you want the simplest possible setup, publish fewer than 10 posts a month, or need Threads. Its free plan is real and its paid plans are affordable.

Pick Scheduled if LinkedIn matters to you, if you want your analytics inside Notion, or if you manage clients. Formatting preservation, @mentions, PDF carousels, 8-hour stats sync and per-client reports are features NotionScheduler does not advertise.
